You need to use manual 99924-1165-03 (KLX250R KLX250) for general information.

and

99924-1240-57 (KLX250 D-Tracker) for information specific to the 2006 and 2007 250S KLX models.

Note 2007 is identical to 2006 as far as the manuals are concerned.
